I have probably been called to add glamor to the cruise’. Satish says that ‘there were more than 1300 people on the ship but only 8 people were arrested’. Aryan’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde told the court that no interrogation of Aryan has been done for two nights. Then why is there a demand to increase the custody further? Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan and others who were arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the cruise ship drugs case were produced before a magistrate court on Thursday. So far, more than 15 people have been arrested by the NCB after raids were conducted on Cordelia Cruises’ Empress ship. The probe agency claimed to have seized 13 grams of cocaine, five grams of MD, 21 grams of charas and 22 pills of Ecstasy and Rs 1.33 lakh in cash. The anti-drugs agency’s allegations that WhatsApp chats found in the phone of actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan, point to involvement of an international supplier network is far from the truth, the 23-year-old’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde said today while arguing for bail in a Mumbai court. The Narcotics Control Bureau or NCB told the court today that it needs to keep Aryan Khan in custody so that it can cross-examine him in detail along with Achit Kumar who, it claims, supplied drugs to Aryan Khan. But it has had plenty of time to do so already, argued Aryan Khan’s lawyer.
