As we all know that the National Cinema Day was scheduled on September 16 but it is postponed due to some reasons by the Multiplex Association of India. According to the rumors and the official notification or announcement of the Multiplex Association of India the National Cinema Day will now be held on 23 September. It is a request from MIA.

National Film Day aims to flood theaters with moviegoers and encourage them to come back in the fall inspired by a sizzling reel of upcoming films from A24, Amazon Studios, Disney, Focus Features, Lionsgate, Neon, Paramount, Sony Pictures Classics , Sony, United Artists Releasing, Universal and Warner Bros.

Price of the ticket on National Cinema Day

The price of the ticket on the National Cinema day is only 75 RS for all movies. This is very good thing that the tickets are very affordable. This price includes in many cinema like- PVR, INOX, Cinepolis, Carnival, and Delite etc over 4000 screens.

Reason behind the Postpone of National Cinema Day

According to the rumors it is confirmed that the main reason of the postpone of the national cinema day is reecently released blockbuster movie ‘Brahmastra: Part -1: Shiva’. In past few months, Bollywood faced a lot of backlash on social media and because of the cancel culture and boycott trend many big films failed to collect huge numbers at the box office. But after the release of the Brahmastra this become new start again.

So, the cinema hall owners requested MAI to postpone the celebrations for a week and MAI announced new National Cinema day on 23 of September.

According to the reports the film collected over 100 crores at the box office in India. This is the highest first-week collection by any Hindi film this year in last three days. Total collection of the Brahmastra is 255 in three days.
